The Northeast Indiana Chief Information Officer Leadership Learning Forum
What is the NE IN CIO Leadership Learning Forum?
Simply put the NE IN CIO Leadership Learning Forum is a facilitated peer group learning opportunity. Instead of a “sage on the stage” approach, each participant is expected to share what they have learned from the course material. This method provides a more inclusive view of the material which will enrich the learning.
The participants work as a small cohort over 9 months. All participants will be expected to read several books, articles, and research papers; they will listen to podcasts and watch videos. The program will feature interesting guest speakers. Each participant is expected to give and receive feedback from the group on their presentations. The training will take place in various local venues specifically integrated into the program.
